Day Three

Ok....nothing much happened. We hiked the island's little "mountain", the Quill. It took about two and a half destructive hours. I was literally sweating from every pore. The hike up was really really steep but went by quickly. The hike, more like a slide, down into the crater was really pretty. There were banana trees, elephant trees, papaya and guava trees and basically all trees...and snakes. Ethan caught a snake and Aunt Laura was taking pictures with everybody's camera of everybody holding the snake. And then she took random pictures of Henry and Connely swinging from a vine. After the hike, we went to the beach and washed off all our sweat. That felt good. The waves were very strong and rough but only because there is supposed to be a big four day storm coming. (it was supposed to come a while ago...)The beach was warm and relaxing. Ethan brought a football and so we played '500'; where one person yells out the amount of points and then throws the ball and whoever catches it gets the points. When we came home from the beach, Grandpa wanted me to (grandpa voice)"Play some MUUUUUsic." So, I did. And apparently he thinks the Pride&Prejudice soundtrack is Mozart. Sorry gramps, but it ain't.
