Today, Naomi and I went to the SEAWF (St. Eustatius Animal Welfare Foundation)and helped out. We wore scrubs and everything! Ha. Anyway, we had seven surgeries scheduled; mostly spays and neuters. The vet, Dr. Swanston, only comes every other week from St. Maarten. It was my job to had him the tools and it was Naomi's job to walk the dogs before operating. When we were walking one dog, Spike, we found a hurt butterfly and we took zillions of pictures of it! It was really pretty. I got to spay a cat! It was really cool. I took the scalpel and cut it open and its guts and blood went spurting everywhere! HAHAHA Just kidding. That would be disgusting. But anyways, I got to spay a cat!!!!! It was so cool. After I cut open the cat, I accidentaly dropped the scalpel and it cut my leg. But I'm okay now. It was just a nick. (nothing to worry about mom; I'm fine)We were there all day! At lunch time, we went to Kings Well and returned their kitties; the ones I spayed. We ate lunch there too. Naomi and I got a table outside, and overlooking the ocean. It was a little choppy but it was still really pretty. We had rice and beans and Ting. YUM!!! After lunch, we went back and did some more surgeries. After we closed up, I walked home and ate dinner and did the dishes and went to bed. Uncle Ed decided to stay up until 2 watching football. IDK why?!?!?!
